International
Customers
-- Submit all
orders and order related inquiries by email.
-- Check
inventory and reserve orders by email prior to making payment.
-- Sentinel Steel accepts Paypal (Verified status).
-- We may ask for references before accepting international orders.
"References" are the names of sellers the customer has bought from in
the past.
-- Paypal to metal@sentinelsteel.com (copy and paste)
-- Check and
cash payments are not accepted. Credit cards are accepted through
Paypal only.
-- Customers can choose to have their order mailed with standard
Airmail, Priority
Mail International (PMI) or Express
Mail International (EMI).
-- We can mail your order with or without jewel cases.
-- Priority
Mail International (PMI) and Express
Mail International (EMI) also offers flat rate envelopes that can hold
about 6 regular compact discs with cases OR about 25 compact discs
without the plastic cases. These flat rate envelopes are very popular
with our customers.
-- While
Sentinel Steel is not responsible for customs duties, we always follow
your special instructions. Tell us in advance and we will put the
appropriate information on the customs forms.
-- Defective
product exchanged for the same item only. Email us within 7 days of
receipt of order to make a claim.
-- Sentinel Steel does not sell bootlegs or any sort of unauthorized
recordings or merchandise.
B. Example of how to place an
order with
Sentinel Steel (step-by-step)
1. Email your
order list in a neat list form in plain email text. Most customers
simply copy the text at our site and paste it into the email window,
which is fine. No attachments, no fancy designs. Include your full
name, address, and phone number.
2. You will
receive a prompt email reply (usually within a few hours, but allow up
to 24 hours, Monday to Friday) with a list of what is in stock and a
subtotal.
3. Sentinel
Steel will provide postage costs for parcels with or without jewel
cases.
4. Once you
approve the grand total, please make prompt Paypal payment.
5. Provide
special instructions (if any) for the customs forms.
6. All parcels are mailed out within 48 hours of receipt of payment,
Monday through Friday.
7. PMI delivers to you in about 7 to 10 days. EMI delivers to you in
about 5 days. It depends on your country.

charge exact postage costs only. No handling fees.
