REACTOR The Real World
Tim states "Back in the late 70’s Richard Kueht and Paul Trowbridge played guitar in PENTAGRAM before being replaced by Victor Griffin, who we’re all familiar with. They hooked up with Steve Angel (singer/bass) and drummer Ronnie Sharpe and formed REACTOR. They played some live gigs in the mid 80's, one that is featured in this release. Shortly after the gig, Richard moved down to Florida and was replaced by Mike Reid, and at that time renamed the band THE REAL WORLD. They ended up only recording a 6 song studio EP which is the first 6 songs off of this release, that was never released until now. As far as their sound is concerned, it just came out natural for them, nothing forced, just basically some guys jamming good old SABBATH/PENTAGRAM influenced dirty Rock N Roll with a “social relevant” lyrical message to the fans. The music is raw, heavy, and catchy. After many line-up changes (even Joe Hasselvander (he played guitar) was in the band at one point), they decided to call it quits as it was more or less something for these guys to hang around and do with no pressure and to let off some steam rather than a band looking to go somewhere. This is one of the most obscure 80’s bands around the Maryland/Virginia area, but I can tell you this is without a shadow of doubt quality Heavy Metal/Rock and deserves to be in anyone’s metal collection who’s looking to complete their Maryland/Virginia Doom collection."

RED CIRCUIT Homeland
Limb says "RED CIRCUIT is a musically creative monster, serving up a magical blend of Progressive Rock elements and high quality Power Metal. Consisting of Chity Somapala (Civilization One, ex-Firewind) and Markus Teske (producer of Vanden Plas, Symphony X). A pure Prog-Power ass-kicker: energetic, multi-faceted and interestingly arranged. Produced by Markus Teske & Andy Kuntz (Vanden Plas, Abydos). Second album of one of Germany's best Prog-Metal bands. Produced by Markus Teske who has already produced Symphony X, Neal Morse, Ian Parry`s Consortium Project, Saga, Vanden Plas and others. Band includes ex-members of Firewind, Sheela and Avalon.
70-voice choir sings on "You Can Sleep While You're Dead". Andy Kuntz (VANDEN PLAS, ABYDOS), singer of the Pfalz Theater Kaiserslautern, musical composer, and producer is an important, creative factor of the RED CIRCUIT sound. The band's debut album was hugely welcomed by the press and fans.
The debut album was recorded with Patrick Rondat (Elegy, Jean Michel Jarre.....) and Stephan Forte (Adagio)"

REVELATION For The Sake Of No One
Tim says "Coming off their amazing comeback album, REVELATION are back again yet for another album. Just when you think they've hit their peak, think again. For The Sake Of No One is very much a continuation of the last album so if you enjoyed the last album as much as I did, you'll be eager to invite this new album into your collection as well. Very few bands that are 20 + years can keep up with their classic material and we're lucky enough to have REVELATION around, not only keep the quality of music on par with their classics, but in some eyes surpassing it."

REVELATION ...Yet So Far
Tim says "Revelation's 3rd full length album has been out of print for quite some time now. This album features Dennis Cornelius and Jim Hunter along side the staple of Revelation, Steve Branagan. This may be Revelation's most accessible album to date. Longtime fans of Revelation know what to expect, but newer fans on the fence should certainly check this album out as it's a great album to start out with in their catalog. Unfortunately the band did not have any bonus tracks for this re-issue. All of the bonus material was released on the "Frozen Masque" CD by The Miskatonic Foundation back in 2004. This album is fully re-mastered with a nice booklet with a band write up, lyrics, and tons of old band photos to cherish."

SARGANT FURY Do You Remember: The Anthology 3CD
Limited Edition of 1,000
35 tracks on 3 discs
Still Want More CD + Little Fish CD + Turn the Page CD
Matt from Tribunal says "SARGANT FURY were a (mostly) German hard rock outfit releasing three incredible albums during 1991-1995. Delivering rock solid songs and working with top producers like Tommy Newton (Helloween, Elegy, Victory), Charlie Bauerfeind (Blind Guardian, Angra, Gamma Ray) and Sascha Paeth (Rhapsody, Kamelot, Edguy) it's a wonder how they never took over the world! Alas, as we all know by now some things are just never meant to happen. However it didn't stop there for some SARGANT FURY members, their vocalist, Andrew "Mac" McDermott, did eventually go on to front the UK's premiere progressive metal act, THRESHOLD during their most eventful years. So we being the big SARGANT FURY fans that we are decided it was time to dust off these classics and release them together in one amazing box set! ALL TRACKS were digitally remastered by Jamie King @ The Basement Studios during July 2009." Guest appearances by members of Primal Fear and Victory.

SEVENTH CALLING Prelude to Madness EP
3 tracks plus enhanced material, video clip, label mp3 sampler, more.
Jeremy says "Seventh Calling is a 100% heavy metal band that has many influences from which it draws its strength. Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Metal Church, Slayer, Testament, Grim Reaper, Nevermore, Wolf, Dream Evil, and so on. Seventh Calling is able to deliver a high energy live performance that pushes them above many of the other bands that are out there today. Solid vocals, twists on dual guitar attacks, a very solid, rhythm section, are just parts of what creates Seventh Calling's modern heavy metal that has its classic traits present in all aspects. In 2007 the band released its debut album entitled “Monuments” through the Netherlands based record label Melissa Records to great reviews and a widening fan base. This time period also pushed the band continue it’s pursuit of the live aspect. Seventh Calling is continuing to write for its new album to see the light of day at the end of 2009 and to continue its live assault. Seventh Calling promises to deliver to the fans, the complete best in Heavy Metal!"

SILENT MEMORIAL Retrospective
Limb says "The seven songs of "Retrospective" are a true celebration party for demanding progressive metal fans, those who do not want to sacrifice driving melodies for quality, but who want to see, or hear both together. With this album SILENT MEMORIAL have broken through the traditional structure of the Swiss music scene, which just plods along with little innovation as musicians in the Alpine Confederation like to base themselves on traditional styles and bands such as Krokus and Gotthard dominate the market. "Retrospective" is a well-rounded, versatile album, covering the many faces of progressive metal, shining with excellent songs and never losing contact with great melodies. Second album of Switzerland's best Progressive Metal band. For fans of Dream Theater, Symphony X, Pagan's Mind, Porcupine Tree, Ark. Singer Mike Andersson and his great voice is known from Cloudscape and Planet Alliance
Album was mixed in Roastinghouse Recording Studio in Sweden by Pontus Lindmark (Nostradameus, Cloudscape, Pain Of Salvation, etc...)."

SINISTER REALM Sinister Realm
Tim says "Early 80’s styled Heavy / Doom Metal was formed by John Gaffney after his departure from PALE DIVINE. After leaving PALE DIVINE he asked Darin McCloskey to play drums. This new band is from the USA taking influences from the early 80’s Heavy Metal scene that consisted of a variety of bands like JUDAS PRIEST, IRON MADIEN, BLACK SABBATH, DIO, CANDLEMASS, OZ, etc. The album is very catchy with well written, memorable songs, with catchy chorus lines provided by a very talented vocalist, Alex Kristof; his influences are in the league of Dio, Halford, Dickinson. While the music is deeply rooted in the 80's Heavy and Doom scene, it comes down to the arrangement of the songwriting which in itself lies the unique part of SINISTER REALM. Their style is very natural from the music they grew up on and the hooks on this album are to die for! Once this album is digested, you will definitely hear they have developed a sound and technique of their own. So sit back, relax, and “Enter The Sinister Realm”."

SOLITUDE Poisoned Population 2CD
The Complete Collection 1987 - 1994
26 tracks digitally remastered
Matt says "When one speaks of thrash metal hot spots in the late 80's, Delaware is never even close to leaving their lips, but SOLITUDE were an amazing band from that era and hailing from Wilmington. We spent many nights watching them rock out in the local scene and have decided to compile all their long lost demo tracks as well as reissue their out of print album, From Within all in one 2 CD set. The set will also feature some vintage live footage from NY and PA shows!"

STEEL ASSASSIN In Hellfire Forged
Steel Assassin says “We have the good fortune to once again work with producer Rich Spillberg (Wargasm) in an effort to re-create some of our classic tunes originally written and recorded in the first incarnation of the band back in the 1980’s.  We felt that the songs were worthy of re-visiting with the influence of lead vocalist John Falzone, whose fierce metallic vocal style would augment and “re-invent” the songs in a way that would sharpen their metal edges with brazen force.  Also worth noting is the fact that it  has been 25 years since we recorded the demos that ended up being “From the Vaults”, so this is a 25th anniversary of the original recordings. Rich Spillberg also a strong creative voice and associate of the band, brings a passion and understanding of heavy metal, and more importantly SA’s material that is unsurpassed.” Added features of the recording is a new version of “Burn Witch Burn”, which is a song Phil wrote in ‘84 that we had played out maybe once or twice, but never got to record. Phil eventually recorded the song for his MADD HUNTER S/T CD he released in ‘97. Also featured on this record is a preview of the next Steel Assassin release “Metal of Honor”, a WWII concept record with the song “Breakout at St. Lo”.  This 2010 release will be a fitting tribute to key episodes of the greatest war ever fought, with all new original material from Steel Assassin.  Recorded at Reservoir Studios in Foxboro, MA, the band has been simultaneously writing and rehearsing for the next chapter of the SA story. The band adds: “Both our existing fan base familiar with the older material, and newer fans baptized by War of the Eight Saints will find In Hellfire Forged most metallically gratifying.”
