These kinds of DVD players are widely available in the USA and can be found for as little as $50.00. Use a search engine (like google.com) for "all region DVD player" sellers. Reputable vendors like Best Buy, Amazon, Target, etc., have been known to stock them.

As an option, most computers will play PAL DVDs with no problems.
