unfiltered, sincere form. Apostle of Solitude rose from the ashes of
The Keep in the autumn of 2004, releasing the self-titled demo in
autumn of 2005 and the "Embraced By The Black" demo in early 2007,
before releasing the massive "Sincerest Misery" full length debut via
Eyes Like Snow in October 2008. While Sincerest Misery took the
international metal community by storm and quickly catapulted the band
to the forefront of “required listening” bands in Doom, the band's
sophomore follow-up, Last Sunrise, is set to go even further down the
path that Sincerest Misery began, taking the listener even deeper into
these beautiful cold depths of sorrow and ruin. For every new dawn
there is also a Last Sunrise. That cold day of reckoning when it
becomes all too clear that tomorrow may never come. There is a certain
clarity in this realization that makes today that much more critical in
one's quest for knowledge and truth. As evidenced by the band's
live performances, notably at the Born Too Late fest in Baltimore, MD
and the Templars of Doom (third crusade) fest in Indianapolis, IN, the
live arena is one in which the band thrives, and where the primal
intensity and raw emotion of Apostle of Solitude can be witnessed first

CAPILLA ARDIENTE Solve et Coagula EP
Eyes Like Snow says "Having been mostly influenced by old school Metal
from the 80´s and early 90´s, first and foremost Heavy,
Doom and Thrash Metal, their music breathes the true spirit of these
days. The most notable influences when it comes to the actual sound of
CAPILLA ARDIENTE, however, are Epic Doom bands one an all - Candlemass,
Solitude Aeturnus, Mercy, Sorcerer, Solstice and Scald. If you add a
bit of King Diamond & Mercyful Fate, old VoďVod, Celtic Frost
and Motörhead to that you´ll get a good idea of what CAPILLA
ARDIENTE sounds like. The EP was recorded between March & April
2009 in a local studio and first released on vinyl in late 2009 by the
vinyl-only label High Roller Records from Germany. During that time,
they signed a deal with Eyes Like Snow for the upcoming CDs and it was
decided to release “Solve et Coagula” on CD in order to make it
available to a wider audience and spread the band’s name around the
globe. Meanwhile, Claudio & Felipe, who both also play in
PROCESSION, are composing new songs for their debut CD, scheduled for a
release in early 2011."

RITUALS
OF THE OAK Hour of Judgement
The label says "Rituals of the Oak formed in late 2008,
and hail from Sydney, Australia. Drawing inspiration mostly from epic
& classic Doom Metal bands such as Candlemass, Solitude Aeturnus,
Pagan Altar, Warning, Solstice, and Black Sabbath, the band released a
well-acclaimed 2-track demo CD-R in early 2009 which brought them in
contact with us, and we signed them on the spot. On their debut album
Rituals of the Oak play an epic kind of traditional Doom Metal with a
melancholic edge that hints of their main influences as well as

WHEEL Wheel
Label says "WHEEL was
formed in 2006 under the name ETHERIAL SLEEP by Marcus and Arkadius,
former members of the Power Metal Band AVANITAS from Dortmund, and
Benjamin, former member Dortmund's Thrashers McDEATH. The common goal
of the trio was to create old school, heavy, emotional music different
from their former bands and so traditional Doom Metal was the only
logical consequence. In 2008, after several rehearsals with more or
less talented drummers, Cazy joined and guitarist Timo finally
completed the line-up for the first time ever. ETHEREAL SLEEP then
changed their name to WHEEL because they felt more comfortable with a
shorter, more concise name. In early 2009 WHEEL recorded a two track
demo in their rehearsal room which led to a multi album deal with Eyes
Like Snow. During that time Timo left the band and subsequently Ben
took over both lead & rhythm guitars for the album recording. Now
that the album is about the be released WHEEL are looking to play some
live gigs and perhaps find a new second guitarist to complete their
live and possibly studio line-up.."
