Excellent new album which leans toward the traditional side of power
metal when compared to their previous efforts, though a natural
progression from Powerplant. I think I hold the preceding releases in
higher regard but this new one is a lot of fun too.

GAMMA RAY Majestic
Excellent album that takes some risks while giving us all the majestic
power that we expect. Musically this CD hovers between the sheer glory
of their masterpiece 'Somewhere Out in Space' and the more
introspective 'Sigh No More'. This is probably due to the influence of
the lyrics (the band's best yet) which take serious issue with George
W. Bush and American foreign policy. Agree or disagree, no one can
dispute Gamma Ray's concern for the events unfolding on our own planet.
